📦 Lost Shipments:

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 30 days of shipment.
  • We will investigate with the carrier. If lost, we will resend or refund the order.

💔 Damaged Items:

  • Please inspect the package upon arrival. Report any damage within 3 days with photos.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund based on the damage severity.
