2:Will the jewelry fade or cause allergies?
Different jewelry materials have varying resistance to oxidation and allergens. Materials like S925 sterling silver are generally hypoallergenic. Alloy jewelry may oxidize or fade after prolonged contact with sweat, chemicals, etc., which is a normal physical reaction. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to allergies, we recommend choosing jewelry made of sterling silver or hypoallergenic materials (including but not limited to earrings, necklaces, and other jewelry that directly touches the skin), and please check the product material before purchasing.
3:How should I care for my jewelry?
- Please try to avoid contact between your jewelry and water, sweat, or chemicals (such as perfume, cosmetics, detergents, etc.). This applies to all types of jewelry, such as necklaces, earrings, brooches, waist chains, ankle chains, and headwear.
- When not wearing your jewelry, please wipe it clean and store it separately in a dry, sealed jewelry box or pouch to avoid friction with other hard objects. Chain-like jewelry such as necklaces, waist chains, and ankle chains are best stored flat to prevent tangling. Headwear should be protected from heavy pressure.
- It is normal for sterling silver jewelry to oxidize and turn black; you can use a silver polishing cloth to restore its luster.

6:Are there options for pierced and non-pierced ears for earrings?

7:Are waist chain and ankle chain sizes fixed?
Some waist chains and ankle chains have fixed sizes, while others come with an extension chain that allows for length adjustment. Please check the size information on the product detail page.

12:Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact customer service as soon as possible, and we will modify or cancel your order to the best of our ability. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify or cancel it.
13:How is shipping calculated?

14:How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
Under normal circumstances, in-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment is successfully processed. The shipping time for pre-order or custom items will be indicated on the product detail page.
15;How long will it take to receive my order after it has been shipped?
The time it takes to receive your order depends on your shipping address and the efficiency of the courier company. It usually takes 2-5 days after shipping to be delivered. Please understand that there may be delays during public holidays or due to special weather conditions.
16:How can I track my order's shipping information?
After your order has been shipped, you can view your order details under “My Orders”. It will include the tracking number and a link to track the shipping status.
17:What should I do if I don't like the item I received or if there is a problem with it?
- We support unconditional returns and exchanges within seven days (excluding some special items). Please contact customer service within seven days after receiving and signing for the item, and ensure that the item remains in its original condition and does not affect secondary sale.
- If there is a product quality issue or we sent the wrong item, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, you will need to bear the round-trip shipping costs.
18:What is the process for returns and exchanges?
- Contact customer service to request a return or exchange, providing your order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant photos (if there is a problem with the item).
- After customer service approves your request, please send the item back to the address provided by customer service.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return/exchange conditions, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
19:Under what circumstances are returns and exchanges not supported?
- Orders that exceed the seven-day unconditional return/exchange period.
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged, affecting secondary sale.
