  • The time it takes to receive your order depends on your shipping address and the efficiency of the courier company. It usually takes 2-5 days after shipping to be delivered. Please understand that there may be delays during public holidays or due to special weather conditions.

16:How can I track my order's shipping information?

After your order has been shipped, you can view your order details under “My Orders”. It will include the tracking number and a link to track the shipping status.

17:What should I do if I don't like the item I received or if there is a problem with it?
  • We support unconditional returns and exchanges within seven days (excluding some special items). Please contact customer service within seven days after receiving and signing for the item, and ensure that the item remains in its original condition and does not affect secondary sale.
  • If there is a product quality issue or we sent the wrong item, we will bear the round-trip shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, you will need to bear the round-trip shipping costs.
18:What is the process for returns and exchanges?
