🕐 Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns beyond this window will not be accepted.
✅ Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
- Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping fee
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used, damaged, or visibly worn products
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraving, sizing)
- Hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings), unless defective
💬 Return Procedure
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue
- Provide clear photos and details
- Once approved, we will provide the return address
- Ship the item back and share the tracking number
- We will inspect the return and issue a refund or exchange within 3–5 business days
📦 Return Shipping Fees
- If the item is defective or incorrect: we cover the cost
- If return is due to personal reason (e.g. change of mind): customer pays shipping
