🕐 Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns beyond this window will not be accepted.

✅ Eligible Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be included
  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable
  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping fee

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or visibly worn products
  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraving, sizing)
  • Hygiene-related items (e.g., earrings), unless defective

💬 Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and issue
  2. Provide clear photos and details
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address
  4. Ship the item back and share the tracking number
  5. We will inspect the return and issue a refund or exchange within 3–5 business days

📦 Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is defective or incorrect: we cover the cost
  • If return is due to personal reason (e.g. change of mind): customer pays shipping
