4. 账户删除请求流程及取消

如果您希望删除您的账户，请通过以下方式提交您的请求：

Through online account settings:
Log in to your gemza account.
Navigate to [e.g., Settings, Profile, Privacy Settings, or Account Management] page.
Find and click on “Delete Account” or similar option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the submission of the deletion request. You may be asked to verify your identity again to confirm the request.

Send an email to serve@gemzashop.com.
Please write “Account Deletion Request – [your username/registered email]” in the subject line of the email.
In the body of the email, please clearly express your intention to delete your account and provide your account registration information (e.g., username, registered email address) so that we can verify your identity.
5. Identity Verification

To protect your data security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your account deletion request. This may include asking you to provide additional information, such as recent transaction records, partial information during registration, or verification through the email/mobile phone associated with your account.

6. Waiting period and cancellation mechanism for account deletion

After your account deletion request is confirmed, your account will enter a 7-day waiting period. During this period, your account will not be deleted immediately, but will be marked as pending deletion.
During the 7-day waiting period:
Automatic deletion: If you do not log in to your account within 7 days after submitting the deletion request, your account will be automatically and permanently deleted after the waiting period ends.
Cancel deletion: If you log in to your account again within 7 days after submitting the deletion request, your account deletion request will be automatically canceled and your account will be restored to normal use without any other operations.
We may send you a reminder email during this waiting period to inform you of the deletion status and cancellation method.
7. Data processing after account deletion

Once your account is confirmed to be permanently deleted (i.e. after the 7-day waiting period and you have not logged in), we will take the following measures to process your personal information:
