Account Deletion Terms

1. Account Deletion Request
If you wish to delete your account, you can submit a deletion request on your account settings page. After submitting a deletion request:
Your account will not be deleted immediately, but will enter a 7-day waiting period.
During the waiting period, if you log in again, the deletion request will be automatically canceled and your account will remain valid.
If you do not log in within 7 days, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
2. Impact of Account Deletion
After Account Deletion:
✅ Your account information will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
✅ Any personal data associated with the account will be cleared and you will not be able to access your previous account information.
✅ After your account is deleted, you will need to re-register to use our services again.
❗ Please note: After your account is deleted, you cannot request the restoration of any data, including your personal information, account records, or other related content.
3. Account Deletion Reminder Emails
During the 7-day waiting period for account deletion, we will send 3 emails to remind you of the progress of account deletion:
After submitting the deletion request (1st email): We will send a confirmation email to your registered email address to remind you that your account will be deleted in 7 days. If you wish to keep your account, just log in during this period.
24 hours before deletion (2nd email): If you are still not logged in, we will send a final reminder to inform you that your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
After account deletion is complete (3rd email): After the account is completely deleted, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account has been permanently deleted.
4. How do I cancel my account deletion request?
If you wish to revoke account deletion, just log in to your account again within 7 days. The system will automatically cancel the deletion request and your account will continue to be available.
5. Special Notes
Administrator accounts cannot be deleted. If you are a website administrator, please contact technical support for more help.
Once an account is deleted, all data cannot be recovered, so please proceed with caution.
